## Specification

Per-covenant: the **contractual** definition (lenders define EBITDA with specific add-backs), the computed value, the threshold, the headroom, and the next test date.

The number here may legitimately differ from the dashboard's EBITDA because the credit agreement defines it differently. That's not a bug, and the component says so on the card.

Headroom under 20% is `--warning`; a breach is `--negative` — with the numeric headroom always shown, never color alone.

## Rules this component obeys

Money is minor units, never floats. `null` is not `0` and neither is redacted. Negatives render in accounting parentheses with the parenthesis column reserved on both sides. Debit and credit are two columns. Per-currency decimal places. Polarity is explicit — up is not always good. Every figure states its period, entity, currency, basis and as-of.
