What the plan is not
Two things are outside the plan.
- An audit or attestationThe quarterly CPA review is a review of your bookkeeping. It is not an audit, and it is not an attestation engagement — nobody signs an opinion on your financial statements.
- Tax preparationTax preparation is not part of the plan. The deadline calendar tracks Form 1120 so your preparer gets a closed year to work from; the return itself is theirs.

Not a fit if you are
On another ledger
The service is built to work inside QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Outside the United States
Lopifi is for US companies, closing on US GAAP.
Looking for an audit or a tax return
The CPA review is not an audit, and the plan does not include tax preparation. Those are separate engagements.
What the alternatives cost you
We don’t print other companies’ prices: they change, and a stale number is worse than none. What each alternative costs is easier to compare by what it leaves undone.
A spreadsheet or a script
It works, until someone asks if it's accrual basis.
A year of catch-up
Twelve months rebuilt in March, at the worst possible rate.
Hiring a bookkeeper
The median bookkeeping clerk in the US earns $50,670 a year (May 2025), about $4,220 a month in wages alone, before payroll taxes and benefits.

An outsourced firm
Ask what a quote includes: accrual or cash, how often the books close, whether every balance has a schedule behind it, and whether a CPA reviews the result.
Against those: $200 a month for accrual books closed as you go, a lead schedule behind every balance and a CPA reading the result every quarter. How the books are handled is on the trust page.
Pricing questions
How much does Lopifi cost?
$200 a month, one plan. It includes the agents, two-way sync with QuickBooks Online or Xero, a lead schedule behind every balance, a monthly close you sign, deadline and sales tax nexus tracking, and a written CPA review every quarter. It is the planned price: we are taking a waitlist and not taking payment yet.
When do I pay?
Not now. We're letting companies in a few at a time so a CPA can review every first close. Join the waitlist and a person will email you when your spot opens. No card until you decide to start.
Is the CPA review included in the price?
Yes. A licensed CPA reviews your reconciliations, lead schedules, revenue recognition and classifications each quarter and sends written findings with the corrections made. It is part of the one plan, not an add-on.
Is the CPA review an audit?
No. It is a review of your bookkeeping. It is not an audit, an attestation, or tax preparation.
Does the price include my tax return?
No. The deadline calendar tracks Form 1120 and hands your preparer a closed year to work from. Preparing and filing the return stays with them.
Do I have to leave QuickBooks or Xero?
No. We work inside the file you already have and sync both ways, so your CPA, investors and tax preparer open the same books they always would. If you don't have one yet, we set it up.
