Terms
Using this site and these components.

The code
Components installed from the registry are copied into your repository and are yours to edit, ship and sell as part of your product, under these terms. There is no runtime dependency on this site and no key to revoke: once a component is in your repository, nothing we do can take it away.
They are meant to be edited. Rounding policy, fiscal calendar and compliance copy differ per company, and a component that encoded ours would be wrong in yours.
The accounting material
The documentation, the glossary and the course are reference material. Where a rule comes from a standard, the standard is cited and you can read it yourself; where something is convention rather than requirement, it says so. None of it is accounting, tax, audit or legal advice, and none of it is a substitute for a professional who knows your entity, your jurisdiction and your facts.
The same goes for the tools: they are arithmetic you can check, not an opinion on your numbers. Nothing here posts to a ledger, and every output is something you look at before you use it.
What is not promised
The site, the registry, the MCP server and the components are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the site is available, that a component fits your case, or that a figure a tool computes is the one your auditor will accept. To the extent the law allows, Lopifi is not liable for loss arising from use of any of it.
That is the standard clause and it is here for the standard reason — but the practical version is more useful: read the spec, run the tests, and check the number.
The machine-readable endpoints
The registry, llms.txt, the Markdown twins and the MCP server are open, unauthenticated and meant to be used by agents — that is what they are for. They are read-only and accept no writes. Please do not hammer them: the registry, llms.txt and the Markdown twins are static and cached at the edge, so a crawl at a sane rate costs nothing and a crawl at an insane rate is the one thing that could take them down.
If these terms change
The date at the top of this page is the date it was last changed. Serious changes will also be said out loud rather than quietly redated.
