The four-layer spec
The dashboard's top row: liquidity, profitability, and cash metrics with polarity, comparison basis, and definitions. Metrics derived from unreconciled data are marked provisional — a KPI computed mid-close, before the bank is reconciled, is an estimate, and labeling it is what stops people quoting it externally.
