Statuspage, from Atlassian, is hired to publish service status and incident updates to customers. It is a small line item that is easy to replace on paper, and and where the replacement runs matters more than what it costs. Below: published prices, the open-source options, and how to move without losing subscribers or the page's address.
A status page is set up once and rarely looked at again. The published price steps up with the subscriber and team-member limits, and it is easy to never check whether the plan still fits the list.
The page's address is in contracts and support articles, which makes it feel permanent. The address can move; the thing to protect is that customers still hear from you during an incident.
Only alternatives we have checked. An open-source project is listed with the license its repository reports, on the date shown; one whose license could not be read as a single standard id is not offered as open source. Read the license guide before running any of them.

Each feature below is what the product's own page or README says, linked to where we read it on the date shown. Pros and cons are limited to what those pages state and to what the path itself changes. We do not rank products on quality.

List prices as printed on Atlassian's page on the checked date, per month and excluding tax. Yearly credit card billing is described as requiring a signed order form arranged through support. The page prints the same tiers and prices for public and private pages.
A status page has one job: tell customers something is wrong, from somewhere that is still up when your product is not. That last part drives the decision. A self-hosted page on the same servers as your product defeats the point, so the replacement needs its own hosting.
Samples are made up and are not Statuspage's prices. Type in the figures from your own invoice or order form.
The honest yearly cost of running open-source software yourself, set against the bill it replaces, with the seat count where it stops paying.
Paid seats against seats in use: what the idle ones cost a year, and what you save by right-sizing at renewal.
Arithmetic only, not tax, accounting or legal advice. Check the figures against your own order form.
In outline:
List components, groups, templates and the subscriber channels in use. Note the web address and who has permission to post.
Build the new page with the same component names. Test an incident end to end from a staging address.
Export subscribers where the old tool allows it, and decide how people will opt in again where it does not.
Point the custom domain at the new page and update links in your product, contracts and support articles.
Keep the old page in place until the last export is checked, then end the plan inside the contract's notice window.
Run the vendor report for QuickBooks Online or Xero, then open the free audit.

Send us the export and see which lines are worth a second look. A connected version is planned. Statuspage is one of the lines worth a look.

“In use” is your call: last sign-in in the past 30 or 90 days from the vendor's admin report. A seat for someone on leave is not idle.
